How do I make an appointment?

Send a message through the online form under the Book an Appointment tab with your service query or call 650-619-7825. You will receive a 15-minute free consultation to determine service level required. Appointment time and date will be set after agreement on service type is finalized.

What is the total cost for services rendered?

Fees are put into an individualized client contract after the service level and type has been determined. The client is made aware of both the total fee amount and payment plan options at the conclusion of the 15-minute free consultation.

Do you accept insurance?

At this stage we are not accepting insurance for services rendered, however we do plan on making this an option for clients covered by Beacon Health Options, Medicare, and several other companies in the near future.

What is the wait time for an appointment?

Appointments are offered on a first come, first serve basis. In the case of unavailability on the part of the clinician you will be asked about your date/time preferences, placed on a waiting list, and then contacted when your stipulated preferences become available.

How long does each appointment last?

Accepted Answer

Each psychotherapy session runs for 55 minutes. Hypnosis and assessment sessions vary considerably depending on the disgnostic/prognostic question needing to be addressed (anywhere from an hour to several hours).
